EPIC GROUP

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. EPIC GROUP: the organizer of events, festivals, and related services.
2. Customer: any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with EPIC GROUP.
3. Event: a party, concert, festival, or other activity organized by EPIC GROUP.
4. Agreement: the agreement between EPIC GROUP and the customer regarding the provision of services or products.
5. Tickets: entry passes for events organized by EPIC GROUP.

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by EPIC GROUP.
2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

1. Tickets are strictly personal and may not be resold without the consent of EPIC GROUP.
2. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
3. EPIC GROUP reserves the right to deny entry in case of fraudulent tickets or misconduct.
4. Customers must be able to identify themselves when entering the event.

1. Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. In the event of a cancellation by EPIC GROUP, the customer will receive either a replacement ticket or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. EPIC GROUP is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, including pandemics, natural disasters, or government measures.

1. Visitors must comply with the event's house rules.
2. It is prohibited to bring dangerous items, drugs, or other illegal substances to an event.
3. Visitors causing disturbances may be removed without a refund.
4. EPIC GROUP is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of visitors property.

1. EPIC GROUP processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
2. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.
3. Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. By attending, visitors consent to the use of such media.

1. EPIC GROUP is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from participation in an event, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
2. Visitors enter the event premises at their own risk.

1. These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the region where EPIC GROUP is established.
